A Warm Welcome
When you arrive for your appointment follow the beautiful stone walkway to our entrance. You'll walk in through our waiting area (help yourself to coffee & tea) and check in with the lovely ladies at the front desk.

A Conversation
When I bring you back to my chair, the first thing we'll do is have a conversation. I want to understand your goals for our visit, hopes for the future, and your lifestyle. Together we'll customize a plan that suits all your needs.

The Transformation
I'll cut, highlight, gloss and finish your hair to perfection! Whether you're seeing me for Modern Grey Coverage, Lived-in Highlights, or even a Curly Cut, I'm here to make your dream hair a reality.

The Follow Up
When you're in my chair I'm going to share all my knowledge with you on how to best care for your hair so you can have success long term. However, it's a lot to remember and I totally expect you to forget half of it! Which is exactly why I'll send you an email recapping all the home care and maintenance options I recommend for you.
